About Me
Life can feel overwhelming especially when you are caught in a relentless cycle of difficult thoughts and emotions. It is easy to feel stuck, disconnected or unsure of how to move forward. As an integrative counsellor, I provide a warm accepting and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. I believe in the power of self-discovery and trust and that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to support you in uncovering your strengths and making sense of your experiences in a way that feels right.

Whilst my foundation is in person centred therapy, I also integrate cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) when it feels beneficial. This can help to manage negative thought patterns and developing practical coping strategies, particularly for anxiety, low mood, loss and self-esteem challenges.
I take a humanistic approach with my clients creating a safe space to allow exploration into feelings and emotions that my clients are facing but may be struggling to reach. Together, we will create a therapeutic approach that best supports my client’s needs, empowering them to move forward with greater clarity and confidence and a sense of balance in their life.
